IAESTE Macao

[March] | Attend interview (if necessary)
*students will receive a notification email from Global Affairs Office on the interview arrangement | If you passed the interview, you will be registered on the IAESTE exchange system and prepare a nomination package for the next stage. |
IAESTE hosting office
[April - May] | IAESTE hosting office will examine the nomination package. They may request supplementary documents or interviews.
>> If the nominee is deemed qualified by the IAESTE Office in the destination country, the nomination will be sent to the employer for final decision.
>> If not, the nominee will be rejected. |
| Employer will make the final decision whether to accept the student or not.
>> If the nominee is accepted by the employer, IAESTE Macao will contact the student and guide them through the preparation, such as visa application.
>> If not, the nominee will receive a rejection notification.
Note: on average, the nominee will be notified of the result within 8 weeks after the submission of the nomination package. |
