The 2019/2020 academic year will soon be started. In order to provide convenience for students to moving luggage, special traffic arrangement will be implemented during the below period.

Effective Period: 04 - 18/08/2019
The road gates on Residence Avenue (near Staff Quarters) and Alumni Avenue (near FST) will be opened from 08:00 to 18:00. Vehicles of student residents or of their parents could access to the inner road's unloading points for luggage unloading. Please refer to the attachment for more details.

For student’s safety and respect other users’ right to use road space, all vehicles on Alumni Avenue and Residence Avenue are not allowed to park or wait. It's suggested that to park your vehicle in the visitor car park of P1, P3, P5 or P6 if parking is needed.

Kindly be reminded that if a driver without holding a special entry permit, he/she is required to register his/her contact number to the on-site security guard or the entry request will be denied.

Please deliver the above message to related contractors and outlets. If there is any need for goods loading/uploading in the affected areas, please send email to sts.security@um.edu.mo one day in advance. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
