Affected Users	Users who make outgoing calls to public
Reason of Unstable	Failure was found in one of the outgoing telephone trunk circuit connected to telephone service provider. Urgent maintenance has been performed to direct all outgoing calls to another telephone trunk circuit. We are working with telephone service provider for repairing the faulty circuit.
