a. 往來港澳通行證/有效護照/旅遊證件之正副本
b. "入境申報表"之正副本

c. 已填妥之【逗留的特别許可】雙面列印申請表

**在學證明由學生資源處作統一辦理並於辦證當天派發。

1. Original & copy of the valid P.R.C. permit for travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao /passport / travel document

2. Original & copy of the "Slip of Authorization to Stay"

3. A completed application form for "Special Authorization to Stay"
(Available: http://www.fsm.gov.mo/psp/cht/doc/top_5/sm/CPSPc_Form_SM_04.pdf)

4. A recent 1.5-inch with white-background photo.

**Student Resources Section will apply the testimonial for all students and will be distributed on the date of application.
