To enhance the quality of healthcare services as well as to collect data for recommending the outsourcing service provider, Genesis Healthcare Limited, to continuously improve the services, UM members who seek services at Medical Center of UM will be invited to fill in a simple user satisfaction survey. A small souvenir will be given on a first-come-first-served basis to participants who complete the survey.
