Register online on this website and upload the below documents:
1. Copy of a valid Macao SAR Resident Identity Card (including front and back sides)
2. Copy of a valid student card (including front and back sides) or graduation certificate
3. Copy of a valid Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, also known as Home Return Permit (including front and back sides)
Note: The size of each uploaded file should not exceed 1MB.
Option 2:
Obtain or download the registration form from the Centre for Higher Education Students or at the reception of the Higher Education Bureau. Complete the form and submit it together with the required documents to any of the above locations. |
Screening | Quota will be allocated by balloting according to their preferred fields of training and the ratio of students in each territory. |
Results announcement | The announcement will be made on the event website in late October 2020. (Successful candidates will be notified by email.) |
Deadline for confirmation | Successful students must submit a declaration within two working days after the announcement in person at the Centre for Higher Education Students or by email.Note: The declaration may be submitted by a third party with a letter of authorisation. If a candidate fails to submit the declaration, they shall be assumed to have forfeited the right to participate in the programme. |

Obligation |
1. Successful candidates shall attend the pre-departure meeting (Wednesday, 28 October) and the wrap-up meeting (Wednesday, 4 November) arranged by the Higher Education Bureau. Absentees will be automatically disqualified and will not receive the certificates;
2. Participants shall submit a training report of no less than 1,000 words (in Chinese or in English) to the Bureau within ten working days upon the completion of the training (by 16 November).
3. Before registering, the candidate shall make sure that the programme will not affect their formal school arrangements.
