Dear colleagues and students,
Office of Health, Safety and Environmental Affairs is organizing the first health and environmental protection activity in this academic year - hiking activity at Hac Sá Long Chao Kok Coastal Trail. Representative from Municipal Affairs Bureau will be invited to conduct a guided tour. All staff and students are welcome. Details as below:
Route introduction: Hac Sá Long Chao Kok Coastal Trail is located at Long Chao Kok on the Coloane Island, which starts from Rua de Hac Sá Long Chao Kok and ends in Chuk Wan villas, featuring ample rock formations and coastal ecological views along the way. It is a good outing destination where you can feel the pulse of the sea and appreciate the rocky coastal line.

Activity time: 15:00 - 17:00 (include hiking and travelling time)
Quota: 30 persons
Registration: Please fill in the e-form by 13/09/2019 --> staff registration form/ student registration form
Remarks:
(1) The path's length is 1,200 meters, and it takes about 1 hour to complete the whole path.
(2) Shuttle bus will be arranged to take participants to the hiking location and return to UM.
(3) Please bring water or other sunscreen items for hiking if necessary.
(4) Students will be given 20 "CS" in the "Healthy Living" area of the Whole Person Development Award Programme. 3 HEP FUN will be given to Health & Environmental Protection Ambassadors 2019-2020 as well.
