The forum is a perpetual academic platform for global Chinese intellectuals and cultural leaders to voice their viewpoints about Chinese history and culture. The forum originates from and gets itself established in Macao, which is a classical place where Chinese traditional culture is rather completely preserved, rather harmonious communications between Chinese and western cultures have been progressing, and the discussion about cultural subjects is rarely interfered by non-cultural factors. It is called “Macao Forum”, which take as the basic contents of study and discussion on the Chinese history and culture, the tradition of Chinese new culture, and the reality and the future.
