Dear Potential Graduates,
The 2018/2019 Graduation Committee has decided upon Foto Maxim’s as the contractor for the graduation photo-shoot. Details are as followed:

Venue: University of Macau U-hall (N2)
Date: 10th & 16th March 2019
Time: 9:00 – 18:00
Target: The potential graduates and invited professors (free-shooting is allowed on campus except N2.)
** If you cannot attend the photo-taking on 10th March, you may register for individual make-up shoot to be held on 16th March (14:00 - 18:00).
Entry Tickets for the Graduation photo-shoot will be sold on 18th – 21st Feb 2018 (11:00-17:30) at E4 booth. For more details, please contact your own major representatives. Please pay the exact amount.
Procedure
The graduates and invited professors should arrive at U-hall for photo-taking according to the time-tables attached.
- Please arrive and gather with fellow classmates at U-hall on time. Absent graduates will not have the chance to retake the photo without appropriate reasons.
- Every major should do the photo-taking within the assigned time slot. No make-up shoot is allowed due to the lateness of graduates.
- Graduates are required to present the ticket at the entrance of U-hall for photo-taking.
- All graduates are required to dress up according to the official academic dress code.

As Faculty of Health Science (FHS) has only one undergraduate major, their graduates can choose to buy the package that only includes a 10”x15” (Own Faculty photo) & 12”x18” (Whole school photo), all clearly laminated, with a DVD of high resolution at a cost of MOP 120.
Personal or Group Photo-shoot
Graduation Committee of UMSU also provides personal or group photoshoot services, includes the photoshop services: whitening and spotting, etc. (The following date will be release later.) to graduates at the following price. To enjoy this service, interested graduates can go to contact your major representatives.

Academic dress code
- Graduates are required to wear a long-sleeve white shirt, black trousers, black tie, pure black shoes, graduation gown and cap. (Female Graduates can choose to wear black skirt with black-long stockings, and choose the proper height of high heel shoes for self).
- The tassels of the cap have to be placed on the right side while taking photos.
- Only graduates, who dress properly can participate in the graduation photo shoot.

Transportation
Participants can arrive at UM campus by taking bus No.71, 72 and 73. If you will be driving to UM campus, public for parking is allowed in P1, P3, P5 and P6. For detailed location of parking areas, please refer to the following link: https://sts.cmdo.um.edu.mo/
