Date: 25 September 2019 (Wednesday)
Time: 7:15AM to 8:00PM (Transportation time included)
Location: Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center, Shenzhen, China
(from UM campus to the activity venue and return to Gongbei)
Transportation: Round trip shuttle bus#
Target students: Year 4 and postgraduate students
Quota: 40 students
This activity is free of charge.
#Students are required to join the whole trip and return to Gongbei, Border Gate with the group

*The activity is organized by Shenzhen Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Shenzhen Labor and Employment Service Center.
Fair Introduction: The Recruitment Fair is the largest and most influential in southern China. There are about 680 companies participating in the recruitment fair, offering nearly 20,000 vacancies in various industries. In order to allow students to have more time in participation, we will arrange transportation from UM campus to the activity venue and return to Gongbei.

(The application of the activity will be considered successful upon submitting your online application. Absentees will need to pay penalty after the activity.)
Deposit:
A deposit of MOP100 is required for this activity. Please follow the following procedures to settle the payment:
- Students who participate in the whole activity do not need to pay the deposit.
- Students who are absent for the whole or part of the activity will receive an e-debit note issued by the University. Please settle the payment before the deadline. An overdue administrative charge of 3% on the amount due will be charged on the overdue amount after the due date.
Important Note:
- Since the border gate will be very busy in the morning, all participants are required to register for the automatic border passing service in advance to go through the border on time for the bus to Shenzhen.
- Career Development Centre reserves the right to cancel the activity if registration number is not enough to hold the activity.
