Notice of Gown Rental for Class of 2019 Graduation Photographing
Dear students,
Greetings!
Limited academic dress is on loan to students for the Class of 2019 Graduation photo taking in March. Please refer the details below.
Application:
Date : 17-18 February, 2019
Time: 11:00 – 19:00
Venue: S3-G017 (Office of UMPA)
Points to note:
· The applicants must register and pay on-site. You can authorize representative for the application, and provide the size of the gown and student information.
· If the number of applications is more than the total gown on loan, the priority of the application is according to the application time.
· Late application is not accepted.
· The sample of the gown will provide on-site for fitting.
Charges:
The rent of graduation gowns are as follows:
Doctoral Degrees – MOP65 each day plus MOP1,500 deposit
Master’s Degrees – MOP65 each day plus MOP500 deposit
Payment instruction:
1. Payment should be made by cash.
2. Put the deposit in the envelope with your name, program and your student number written on it.
3. Submit the deposit and the rent in cash to the Graduation committee.
4. The deposit will be reimbursed upon return of the gown
Please tender the exact amount, no exchange rate will be counted.
Points to note:
· Only M, L and a small number of S size gowns are provided;
· Please note that the rental gown are reused items, some damage may appear on the gown, hood and cap;
· Lease duration will be counted by workdays; For example, only one day will be charged if rents on Friday and returns on the following Monday morning;
· Deposit will be charged in advance. The overdue fine will be charged if the students fail to return on time.
The collection of the gown:
The gowns will be distributed in advance as well as onsite. Please refer to E-bulletin for updated news.
