We are pleased to inform you that the ICBC Cross-border Bill Payment Service is now available for bank holders of ICBC China. With this convenient platform, students are allowed to settle their debit notes directly from ICBC China by entering the debit note number. The processing time will be reduced to one working day after the transaction takes place (T+1). Beginning on 3 September 2019, you can enable this service via the Student Information System Web Services (ISW) and consent the Personal Data Collection Statement for Cross-border transfer of personal data in Personal Information TAB. You may start using the ICBC Cross-Border Bill Payment service for settling the debit notes 3 working days after your consent.
