1.你的履歷並不是你的人生傳記。你並不需要把自己所做過的一切寫在履歷中。請謹記，你只需要列出與你申請職位相關的能力。
A resume is not the story of your life. There is no need to include everything you have done in the past. Remember, only relevant experiences that demonstrate the skills for the position you applied should stay on your resume.
2.精簡的格式很重要。一份格式整齊的履歷猶如一位衣冠楚楚的求職者，你會比較願意與其溝通。對你的履歷來說也是一樣。讓你的履歷保持簡單但又獨樹一幟。
Simplicity in formatting is the key. A well-organized resume is like a well-groomed person, you are more likely to interact with him/her; the same rule applies to your resume as well. Keep it simple but unique to stand out.
3.招聘者每天需要閱讀非常多的履歷，你需要用引人注目的語言來顯示你的成就。用動態動詞及詞彙來敘述你的經歷。
Recruiters review tons of resumes every day and you need to make your accomplishments stand out with compelling language. Tell your unique story with strong action verbs and vocabulary.
4.請謹記，履歷上的語法錯誤就像暗瘡一樣，如果你不想有暗瘡在臉上，為何讓語法錯誤留在你的履歷上?
Remember, grammar mistakes are like acnes, if you don’t want acnes to stay on your face, why should those mistakes stay on your resume? |
