Prepare for your job-hunting in advance
Preparation for your job-hunting should start early, don't wait until the last minute, the limited time may affect your job-hunting progress. We suggest that you can start with the following points:
  • Prepare a resume that suits you. If you haven't had a resume prepared, join a resume writing workshop organized by Career Development Centre.
  • Check if you already have all the certificates you need, such as English qualification certificates. If there are some certificates that you need but have not yet obtained, remember to seize the last chances to participate in the exams during your final year.
  • Keep in touch with alumni who work in the field that you are interested in. Their experiences can help you to get to know the working condition of the industry.
  • Pay attention to the industry that you are interested in. Many companies will release recruitment information from time to time, so you need to visit their websites frequently and follow their social media to receive the latest recruitment information.
