Dear Colleagues and Students,
Thank you very much for your generosity and support to Walk for a Million 2020.This year we have successfully collected donations of MOP31,933.05. All donations have been handed over to the Macao Daily News Readers Charity on 10 December, 2020. Attached please find the receipt and breakdown for your reference.
Because of the epidemic, this year’s event will be conducted online on 13 December (Sunday). You are invited to scan the QR code on the poster below to join the UM Team.
In order to encourage colleagues and students to join the event, a number of enthusiasm awards have been added. The winners will be announced after the event.

*The calculation is based on the percentage of the registered number of staff / student out of the total number of staff / student organisation / residential colleges
How to participate:
Staff
Those who have made over 6,000 steps in the online Walk for a Million under the group of ‘University of Macau’, please submit the electronic certificate to the unit representative, who must fill in the registration form and send to CO for prize calculation before 16 December (Wednesday).

Students
Students who have made over 6000 steps in the online Walk for a Million under the group of ‘University of Macau’ can submit their online walk electronic certificates on https://go.um.edu.mo/n8nsam36 before 16 December (Wednesday). They will receive one Smart Point and 35 CS points for Citizenship with Global Perspectives.
- When filling out the online form for uploading the certificate, students can choose either ‘student organisation’ or ‘residential college’ (only one category can be selected)
