澳大舞蹈隊獲舞蹈世界盃澳門區外圍賽金獎
第三屆「舞蹈世界盃」澳門區外圍賽於2019年3月1日及2日在澳大大學會堂舉行，在澳大舞蹈隊首席導師、教育學院的李自豪教授薰陶下，兩名舞蹈隊成員：呂志和書院、教育學院小學教育三年級王桂敏與鄭裕彤書院、工商管理學院金融學二年級夏曉樺，憑藉著她們自創的優秀的舞蹈作品“一個人的對話”勇獲成年現代舞雙/三人舞組金獎。是次澳門區外圍賽為澳門首次成為「舞蹈世界盃」外圍賽的賽事地區之一，參賽隊伍達130多隊，共370多名選手。這次獲獎的選手將有機會代表澳門到葡萄牙參加舞蹈世界盃總決賽。
「舞蹈世界盃」為極具規模的國際性舞蹈大賽，每年有數千名來自世界各地的舞者在國際舞台上爭奪殊榮；「舞蹈世界盃」的比賽項目涵蓋所有舞蹈種類，對象為兒童至青年舞者。
UM Dance Troupe won gold medals in the Dance World Cup – Macao Qualifying Match
The 3rd Dance World Cup – Macao Qualifying Match was held in University Hall (N2), University of Macau from 1 to 2 March 2019. Inspired by the Chief Instructor of UM Dance Troupe (UMDT) Prof. Michael Li of Faculty of Education, Two UMDT members, Wong Kuai Man (a third-year student from FED and a member of LCWC) and Ha Hio Wa (a second-year student from FBA and a member of CYTC), participated and won gold medals with their own original choreography “Monologue” (category Senior Duet/Trio Modern) at the Match. There were 370 participants in 130 teams competing at the event. The winners of the competition will have an opportunity to represent Macao to compete in the finals in Portugal.
Dance World Cup (DWC) is an international dancing competition with tens of thousands of dancers from around the world competing on stage. DWC includes all genres of dance for movement enthusiasts from age 4 to 25.
