學生事務部轄下的心理輔導中心為澳門大學在校生提供免費的心理輔導服務，為瞭解同學們的身心狀況，以提供更適切的服務，我們將一如過往面對全校學生進行身心健康問卷調查。
問卷的資料將嚴格保密，只作為數據分析和與校內相關部門合作提供適切的服務之用途。同學將收到一封由心理輔導中心發出的「學生身心健康概況調查」邀請電郵。
只需點擊電郵附上的連結https://pnc.sao.um.edu.mo，用學生證編號 ( 首7位字元)及密碼登入，便可填寫問卷。是次問卷調查的截止日期為2020年10月18日(星期日)。

Psychological Counselling Centre of Student Affairs Office provides free counselling service to UM students. We hope to understand students’ general well-being through this questionnaire so we can offer suitable service to our students. All responses that you provide will be kept confidential. The information will be used for analysis, provision of service, and contact purpose only. All students will receive a link contained in the invitation of “Student Psychological Wellness Survey” email from the Psychological Counselling Centre.
