Dear Students,
The Graduate School is now recruiting student trainees for assisting in general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling student enquiries;
- Assist in document delivery;
- Provide other administrative supports as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin, proficiency in English will be advantage;
- Knowledge of Microsoft offices;
- Good interpersonal skills and positive working attitude.

Working Time:
Monday to Friday, 9:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:45
(working schedule can be arranged in accordance with student studying timetable)
Hourly Rate:
MOP48 per hour
Working Location:
Graduate School Office (N6-G001)
