上述費用不含餐費、往返機票費、醫療費、旅遊保險以及市內交通等費用。
The stated program fee does NOT include meal expense, round-trip flight tickets, travel insurance, and local transportation fee, etc.
實習費用不予退款, 包括提前退出及未完成實習活動者。
Program fee is NOT refundable, even to students who withdraw and does not complete the internship. |
報名方法
Application
| 步驟一(STEP 1):
- 填妥附件的報名表格 (連同電子相片)
- Fill out the attached application form (with digital photo)
- 把報名表格儲存為WORD 檔(.docx)
- Save the application form in WORD (.docx) format.
- 報名表檔案的名稱必須為: "你的學生編號_你的中文姓名_中國科協實習計劃報名表" (如：BA123456_陳大文_中國科協實習計劃報名表)
- Name the application form as: "Your Student ID_Your Chinese Name_中國科協實習計劃報名表"
e.g.: BA123456_陳大文_中國科協實習計劃報名表
步驟二(STEP2):
填妥以下電子表格並把填妥之上述報名表(.docx) 上傳至表格中。
Fill out the following e-form and upload the above application form (.docx) to the e-form.

*不依上述指示遞交之申請將視為無效，敬請留意。 / Please note that the application will be considered invalid when it doesn't follow the above instructions.
步驟二(STEP 2):
本中心將於3月27或28日發電郵給申請者確認面試具體時間；此外，為確保申請者對實習活動的履行，以避免無故退出實習為澳大及申請者個人帶來負面影響，故此，申請者需要於出席面試時繳交按金澳門幣1,500元，按金會因以下三種情況全額退回。
We'll send email to inform applicants the details of interview on 27 or 28 Mar; moreover, we'd like all applicants to pay cash deposit of MOP1,500 to secure applications. The purpose is to ensure all applicants' commitment to the program and avoid sudden withdrawal which really brings negative impacts on both the applicant and UM’s image. The deposit will be fully refunded to the applicants who fulfill the following conditions:
1. 申請者未能通過面試 / applicants disqualify from interview
2. 主辦方駁回或未能安排實習機會 / organizer refuses or fails to provide internship offer
3. 申請者成功完成實習及提供實習報告等 / applicants successfully complete the internship program and internship report.
故此，無故退出實習者將不會獲得按金退回，敬請留意。

校內面試
Campus Interview | 學生事務部生涯發展中心將於以下兩個時間舉行面試，請於報名表上選取合適時間。
CDC, SAO will schedule interviews on the following 2 days, please select your preferred date on the application form.
Session 1: 29/03/2019, 13:00 - 14:00 (Fri)
Session 2: 01/04/2019, 13:00 - 14:00 (Mon)
*本學期於海外交流的同學，本中心會另行安排面試。
*Additional interviews will be arranged for the students who are participating in exchange program this semester. |
甄選流程
Selection Process
| 向本中心報名 -> 由中心面試報名同學 -> 本中心統一為通過面試的同學向北京/南京單位報名 -> 由北京/南京單位進行配對 -> 參加者同意實習安排後，繳交費用 -> 出席＂實習的行前會議＂
Submit application -> Attend an interview conducted by CDC -> Submit applications to the Beijing organizer by CDC for students who pass the interviews -> Match internship placement in Beijing / Nanjing -> Confirm the internship offer by paying program fee -> Attend "Pre-departure" briefing session. |
實習資助
Internship Grant | 一如以往，學生事務部生涯發展中心會為獲選的參加者提供實習資助。
As usual, Student Affairs Office will provide internship grant to selected participates.
僅供參考：在2018年，到北京實習的同學每人最多獲澳門幣4,000元的實習資助。2019年的資助具體申請詳情，將稍後通知。
For reference only: in 2018, maximum MOP4,000 per intern who work in Beijing. The details of 2019 Internship Grant are to be advised. |
