How to get through your first day at work
畢業生找到工作後，通常既開心又緊張，不知道工作的第一天會遇到哪些狀況。下面有幾點提示或許可以幫到你：
Students are often happy and anxious at the same time when they find their first job. They don't know what will happen on their first day at work. Some following tips may help you out: |
- 工作第一天要穿著正式的服裝。雖然不同公司有不同的著裝要求，但是正式的服裝相對來說比較安全。之後可以觀察同事的著裝，然後做出相應調整。
- 入職時通常會先到人力資源部門報到，如果對薪酬福利方面有疑問，記得要問清楚。
- 工作的第一天通常是讓新同事熟悉工作環境及公司文化，可以利用這個時間向同事自我介紹，並閱讀公司的相關資料（例如公司年報等），加深對公司的了解。
- Formal dressing on your first day at work. Although different companies have different dressing policies, but formal dressing is always a safe bet. You may watch how your colleagues dress, and adjust accordingly.
- The first step is usually to report duty at the HR department. If you have any questions about the compensation and benefits, remember to sort them out.
- The first day at work usually consists of knowing the work environment and company culture. You may use this time to introduce yourself to your colleagues and read materials about your company (e.g. annual reports) to gain insights of the company.
