Dear Colleagues,

For preparation of year-end accounts closing for the fiscal year 2020, purchase requests (PRs) utilizing 2020 budget which are to be processed by ADMO-PCT should be raised and submitted to ADMO-PCT on or before 16 Oct 2020 (Friday). Please note that the requests for goods/services that require a longer delivery period should be submitted earlier to ensure timely delivery. Sufficient time should also be allowed for technical units to comment on technical items, such as IT equipment, AV equipment and dangerous goods. The definition of these items can be found in the ADMO website.
