Dear colleagues,

UMGothic is a new research initiative lead by Prof. Nick Groom and Prof. William Hughes, both recent appointments to FAH and both internationally acclaimed for their publications on the Gothic, an exciting and provocative field. This introductory seminar will be an opportunity for Prof. Hughes and Prof. Groom each to introduce their research to the UM community and to discuss their current and future plans. The seminar will be run on Zoom, and is open to Faculty, postgraduates, and undergraduates. The seminar will be chaired by Prof. Tim Simpson (FSS).
