在過關斬將，得到心儀的工作後，各位大學畢業生也一下子變成了職場新鮮人。雖然是所謂的“菜鳥”，但我們也準備了5招讓你可以盡快融入工作：
After the tough selecting process and getting your offer, university graduates will become “freshmen” at work again. Although you are the “rookie” at work, we still have 5 tips to help you get into your role at work quickly: |
- 在新工作中盡可能地學習。這不僅僅包括工作上所需要用到的專業知識，也包括工作模式、著裝規定以及工作風格。
- 找出自己能夠貢獻的地方。進入新的工作環境後，看看自己可以在哪些地方發揮自己的技能。
- 盡可能認識更多的同事。不僅是自己部門或小組的工作夥伴，職場新鮮人也應該把握機會認識跨部門的同事。這不僅僅可以拓展你的人脈，也可以確保大家將來的合作可以順利進行。
- 尋求幫助。當自己遇到無法解決的問題時，記得尋求幫助。其他同事不僅能夠幫助你解決問題，也可以讓你快速了解問題所在。
- Learn as much as possible at your new job. This doesn’t just apply to the professional knowledge that you need at work, but also applies to the work mode, dress code and working style.
- Find ways that you can contribute to the company. See which area you can put your skills into use when you start you new job.
- Get to know as many colleagues as possible. This does not just apply to the department or the team that you work in , new joiners should also try to know more colleagues from other departments. This will not just help you to broaden your network, but also make sure that you can work smoothly in future cooperation with other departments.
- Ask for help. When you encounter problems that you are not able to solve yourself, remember to ask for help. Your colleagues may not only help you to solve the problems but help you to find out what caused the problem.
