行政公職局局長高炳坤在開課儀式上表示，推動落實電子政務是特區政府的施政重點之一。《電子政務》法律於9月27日正式生效，標示着電子政務邁進了新階段。特區政府擬透過培訓，讓更多人員認識和參與電子政務工作。是次培訓課程只是一個開始，期望通過理論聯繫實際，運用案例研討等多種教學方式，讓學員具備運用電子政務關鍵技術的能力，並由參與的部門一起建立合作共享的平台。
該項培訓課程內容包含法律知識、網絡安全、前沿技術及實踐經驗四大單元，分為資訊系統開發和網絡系統管理兩個班，主要對特區政府資訊範疇人員進行培訓，使其掌握雲計算中心專有雲平台技術開發和部署內部管理應用及電子服務，促進政務數據的互聯互通，並透過“教學+實踐”的模式，培養更多能善用雲計算中心技術的人才。 The University of Macau (UM) and the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP) recently co-organised a training course in information system development and network management for e-government. 50 IT personnel from 22 government departments participated in the course, divided in 2 classes, one focusing on information system development and the other on network management. The course included four modules, namely legal knowledge, network security, cutting-edge technology, and practical experience. It aims to enable the participants to gain skills for technology development for the on-premises cloud platform and management of applications and e-services.
