The Institute of Advanced Studies in Humanities and Social Sciences is recruiting student trainees for website maintenance and general administrative work.
The hourly rate of the stipend is MOP 66, and the maximum number of the training hours is 72 hours per month.

Responsibilities
· Provide assistance to update and maintain website, and design posters, or other graphics;
· Assist in preparing office correspondence like press release, meeting minutes, and so on
· Provide assistance for enquiries for both internal and external entities;
· Assist in event coordination;
· Perform other ad-hoc dues as assigned

Requirements
· Experience with WordPress management and development;
· Current UM undergraduate or postgraduate students;
· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
· Good knowledge of application software (MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint);
· Punctual, responsible, proactive, detail-oriented.

Stipend and Work Hours
· Hourly rate: MOP 66
· Training hours: 72 hours per month (maximum)
