今屆論壇以 “傳承創新、追求卓越的書院教育”為主題，邀請海內外各高校書院教育專家分享書院教育的經驗，並分8個分論壇深入討論，如書院管理模式探索、服務學習與實踐、書院學生學習與發展、書院文化育人、書院通識與朋輩教育等，同時設立學生專場，讓來自各高校的學生各抒己見。論壇共收到來自各校師生的論文投稿105篇，當中52篇論文收錄大會《論文集》。該論文集收錄了9篇來自澳大師生的論文。
書院育人是本世紀全球高等教育的新方向和新發展。海峽兩岸暨港澳地區高校現代書院制教育年度論壇由高校書院聯盟舉辦。高校書院聯盟由多所大學的書院組成，其中常任理事單位包括復旦大學、北京航空航太大學、華東師範大學、西安交通大學、香港中文大學、台灣政治大學、台灣清華大學及澳門大學。
A delegation with 26 staff and students from University of Macau (UM) Residential College System and Student Affairs Office, led by Vice Rector (Student Affairs) Professor Billy So, recently attended the 6th Educational Forum on Modern Residential College System at Fudan University, Shanghai. There were more than 380 experts, scholars, teachers and students from 56 universities attending this forum. Professor So was invited to give a keynote speech, and 9 papers from UM staff and students were published in the forum proceeding. Attending this forum aimed to promote experience exchange and discussion in modern residential college education with other universities from Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and abroad, to learn from other universities’ successful experience, and to establish connections and collaborations with the colleges at other universities.
