In accordance with the notice issued by the General Office of the State Council, the government of the Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) has decreed that, during the national mourning on 4 April for martyrs and citizens who died in the novel coronavirus epidemic, all government agencies, the Legislative Assembly, judicial organs, schools, and public facilities in Macao, as well as the SAR government’s office in foreign countries, shall fly the national flag and the SAR flag at half-mast. All public recreational, celebratory and festive activities in Macao will be suspended. All residents of Macao shall observe three minutes of silence at 10:00am on 4 April to express their deepest condolences to the martyrs and compatriots who died in the fight against the novel coronavirus.

各位同事、同學：

澳門特別行政區政府按照國務院辦公廳發出的通知，在4月4日全國性哀悼活動期間，所有懸掛國旗或區旗的澳門特別行政區政府機關、立法機關和司法機關、駐外辦事處、學校、公共設施及地點等下半旗誌哀，並停止公共娛樂活動，以及所有具慶祝或喜慶性質的活動。4月4日10時起，全澳居民默哀3分鐘，以表達對抗擊新冠肺炎疫情鬥爭犧牲烈士和逝世同胞的深切哀悼。
