導賞技巧及會展公關禮儀工作坊。
工作坊的兩位主講嘉賓：
澳門旅遊學院文化遺產及旅遊管理系副教授
黃婉
妍博士
及
澳門國際禮儀文化協會會長
陳艷婷
女士分別傳授了很多導賞和禮儀方面的技巧給一眾新成員，他們都表示收穫滿滿，有信心日後肩負起學生公關大使的使命，向嘉賓講好澳大的故事。
The University of Macau (UM) PR Student Ambassadors has recruited 40 new members for the 2020/2021 academic year. Recently, they attended workshops in docent skill and etiquette rules for public relations organised by the Communications office.
The two guest speakers in the workshops were Dr Cora Wong, an assistant professor of IFTM in Heritage and Tourism Management; and Ms Jeanette Chan, president of Macao International Etiquette Cultural Association. The speakers shared practical docent and social etiquette skills. After the workshops, the new PR Student Ambassadors expressed confidence about fulfilling their mission of introducing the university to visitors.
