How to keep yourself from falling into employment traps
求職季,各位畢業生正在如火如荼地展開自己的求職大計,然而也有人設下求職陷阱,我們歸納了求職的『2要3不要』,讓你能夠保護自己:
While graduates are planning for their career during job hunting season, there are also someone who will setup employment traps, we have gathered “2 Dos amd 3 Don'ts” for you to protect yourself:
2要:
  • 要確定企業是否合法經營。
  • 要對不合乎常理的求職廣告存疑。例如低學歷、無工作經驗要求,卻有高薪的工作。

3不要:
  • 不要繳費。拒絕僱主以各種名義要求繳交不合理的費用,例如訓練費、保證金等。
  • 不要購買公司以任何名目推出的產品。
  • 不要隨意簽約。在確定勞動關係前,不要隨意簽署任何文件或契約。

2 Dos:
  • Make sure that the company is operating legally.
  • Be alert on unreasonable job advertisements, such as low education or no work experience but high paid jobs.

3 Don'ts:
  • Don't pay any fees, such as training fees or deposits that the employer ask you to pay.
  • Don't buy any products that the company ask you to buy.
  • Don't sign any contract before you confirm your employment relations with the employer.
