The Institute of Advanced Studies in Humanities and Social Sciences is recruiting student trainees for general administrative work. The hourly rate of the stipend is MOP 66, and the maximum number of the training hours is 72 hours per month.

Responsibilities

Assist in event coordination;

Provide assistance for enquiries for both internal and external entities;

Assist in data research, collection and analysis;

Provide assistance to design website or graphics;

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Current UM Master or Ph.D. student preferably in the major of humanities, social science, business, law and education;

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

Good knowledge of application software (MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint);

Experience with WordPress management and development is preferred;

Punctual, responsible, proactive, detail-oriented

Stipend and Work Hours

Hourly rate: MOP66

Training hours: 72 hours per month (maximum)
