UM holds workshop on human resource challenges faced by integrated resort industry
The Study of Commercial Gaming (ISCG) under the Faculty of Business Administration (FBA), University of Macau (UM), recently held a workshop on human resource challenges faced by the integrated resort industry during the pandemic. Senior executives from integrated resort operators in Macao attended the workshop and exchanged ideas with UM scholars on strategies for effective use of human resources and future directions of the industry. As part of the FBA’s Executive Development Programmes, the workshop continued to serve as a platform for industry practitioners and UM scholars to exchange ideas and share experience on how to cope with the challenges in human resource management and other negative impacts of COVID-19.
