The University of Macau Alumni Association (AAAUM) is now looking for student helper to assist their association in general administrative tasks and events with the following details:

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling daily documentation and general enquiries;
• Perform data entry;
• Assist with activities and events organized by the association;
• Provide other supports as assigned.

Requirements

• Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office;
• Good in writing and speaking Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Polite and strong sense of responsibility with positive working attitude;
• Can work on fixed working schedule and weekend are priority for consideration.

Hourly Rate

• MOP48.00 per hour

• AAAUM Office (E31-1023)
