Dear Students,
ELC is pleased to launch the 2020 English Festival – “Tending to Your Mind” with a series of activities. Mental problems can impact our everyday lives, moving people away from a healthy emotional well-being. To promote mental health awareness, we are glad to invite Dr. Castillo to host a guest talk about the importance of healthy boundaries for our mental health. In this guest talk, you will learn what personal boundaries are, how to identify signs of unhealthy boundaries and how we can set healthy boundaries with others to cultivate self-compassion. We look forward to your participation!
