Dear Students,
Guangzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will hold "2019 Guangzhou Internship for Key University Students". UM students are welcome to join.
A. Qualification:
Current UM students with good team spirits and health, excellent in both conduct and academic performance. Students should be able to have at least one month for the internship.
B. Application and Admission:
1. Registration: Applicants have to meet the relevant conditions, please log in to the website (http://intogz.job168.com) to input your personal information and print out the application form starting from 1 April 2019. The application form should be commented by students' faculty and then returned to Career Development Centre for verification. Students who are verified by Career Development Centre can apply for internship positions afterwards.
(Note:
- Students must input their email for receiving notification of the application process;
- Students must upload a copy of their ID card and photo. File size of photo and ID copy shall not exceed 50KB and 500KB respectively.)
2. Application: Students who pass the verification process will have the chance for application of the first batch. Students who are not admitted may apply in the second batch. Please visit the website for more details of the application and admission process (http://intogz.job168.com/process.gsp).
First Batch of Application: 15 April to 28 April, 2019
First Batch of Admission: 29 April to 10 May, 2019
Second Batch of Application: 11 May to 19 May, 2019
Second Bach of Admission: 20 May to 26 May, 2019
3. Adjustment: If students who agree that their internship position can be adjusted in the application process but are not admitted in both batches, their internship positions may have a chance to be adjusted by the organizer.
4. Admission Results: The list of admitted students will be announced on 31 May, 2019 after two batches of application and admission. Please visit: http://intogz.job168.com for the results.
A deposit of MOP1,500 is required upon receiving the internship offer. Students should pay the deposit at E31-2004. The deposit will be returned to students who finish the internship, students who withdraw without legitimate reasons will not be refunded.
C. Fees:
1. Reimbursement of transportation cost: Students should buy train tickets to go to Guangzhou for internship according to the schedule set by the internship provider. The organizer will reimburse the transportation cost of MOP215.
2. Accommodation and Insurance: The internship provider will arrange accommodation and insurance for the interns.
3. Internship subsidy: Subsidy will be provided by the internship provider, please refer to the internship information for details.
