詠春拳是一種中國體術、是一種精簡的防衛系統、結合速度和力量以擊退或制服對手。詠春拳的另外一個要點就是靈活度和肢體的配合。

於這個課堂上,導師將會通過演示和練習,教予學員詠春的精神和主要技巧,以及基本防身術。

Wing Chun is a Chinese martial arts and a form of self-defense, that requires quick arm movement and strong legs to defeat opponents. Softness and performance of techniques in a relaxed manner is fundamental to Wing Chun.

In this class, the trainer will teach participants Wing Chun concepts and basic self defense in Wing Chun techniques with actual practices.

Remarks:
  • 為公平起見,如報名人數超過特定名額,報名將會以抽籤形式進行 ,但澳大全職員工優先。為了更能善用資源,懇請學員於報名獲確認後依時出席及參與
  • 最終成班須視乎報名人數。
  • 學員於報名確認後,必須在期限前繳交有關費用,而繳費期限將會於確認電郵中列明。
  • 報名後如須退出,必須於報名截止日期前向人力資源處提出。於收到確認電郵後退出者,仍須繳交相關費用以免影響開班。
  • If the number of enrollment exceeds the maximum quota, the enrollment will be drawn at random, but UM full-time staff will have the first priority. For a better use on the resources, kindly go to the class on schedule once the enrolment has been confirmed.
  • The confirmation of the class is subject to the no. of participants.
  • After the confirmation of enrolment, the fee has to be settled before the payment deadline, which will be mentioned in the confirmation email.
  • Withdrawal within the enrollment period is acceptable, please inform Human Resources Section accordingly. For those who withdraw after receiving the confirmation email, he/she has to submit relevant fee in order not to affect the opening of the class.

In order to enhance UM staff members’ understanding of the nation, the Human Resources Section of the Office of Administration organized an in-house training course on "The Relationship between the Quality of Life in Mainland China and Macao", "One Country, Two Systems Theory" and XXX on 11 November and 23 November 2022 respectively.

Prof. XU Jianhua, Head of Department of Sociology in the Faculty of Social Sciences (FSS), shared charts and data related to quality of life, and carried out the analyses and comparison between Mainland China and Macao in the context of economic development and quality of life in the past, present and future. Over 105 staff members participated.

Prof. LOK, Director of the Centre for Constitutional Law and Basic Law Studies (FLL), shared the accurate definition and core contents of the “One Country, Two Systems”. He highlighted that this policy described our mode of living, and also emphasized that the harmony between “One Country” and “Two Systems” was crucial for the social stability and economic development of the Macao SAR, and for the well-being of Macao residents.Over 70 staff members participated.

The University hopes that this training can enhance staff members’ national knowledge, know more about the social situation in Mainland China, the core contents of “One Country, Two Systems”, "XXXXXXXX, promoting patriotism and strengthening their national pride.
