【Important】Last notice about Graduation Photography and Gown of 2019 Graduation Committee of UMPA

Dear students,

The following information is about graduation photography and gown. In order to take graduation photo with proper gown please make sure you go through following notices.

Please be noticed that March 11th 1:00pm (Monday) is the deadline for returning the rental gowns. Additional fee will be charged if you fail to return the gown on time.

Please be noticed that March 18th 1:00pm (Mon.) is the deadline for returning the rental gowns. Additional fee will be charged if you fail to return the gown on time.

Notice:
a. Students should bring your receipt and student card or testimonial, and sign your name on the Confirmation List;
b. Please check the gown when receiving and keep it undamaged; the gown will be checked again by volunteers onsite. Compensation will be made if the gown is damaged or lost; the amount will be deducted from the deposit;
c. Deposit will be returned when return the gown.
d. Please return the gown on time. Additional fee will be charge if you fail to return the gown on time.

2: Graduation photography shooting schedule (updated version)

Date：Formal photo shoot：10 March 2019(Sunday) 9:00—18:00
Individual make-up shoot：16 March 2019 (Saturday) 14:00—16:00

Venue： University of Macau U-hall N2

Notice：If you cannot attend the photo-taking on 10th March, you may register for individual make-up shoot to be held on 16th March (14:00 - 16:00)。For those majors are not shown on the timetable, please refer to the time of your faculty’s.

Please strictly follow the schedule, and arrive at the university hall with properly dress and sign for entrance check; Please enter U-hall N2 and well-dressed before your photo time, in case of missing the photo time.

3: Process of the Photo-taking day Overall process:

a. Please enter the University Hall before your gathering time with your receipt ready and sign for entrance, student ID card is also available if you do not take receipt.
b. Students who rented graduation gowns should collect their gowns at the UMPA counter.
c. Please follow the instructions of the volunteers and enter the site orderly according to height.
d. Please follow the instructions to wait in the waiting area.
e. Now it’s your time to take photos.
f. Leaves the site orderly;
l Students should follow the dressing code and enter the site with your receipt;
Graduates are required to wear a long-sleeve white shirt, black trousers, black tie, simple black shoes, formal gown with hood and cap. Female Graduates can choose to wear black skirt with black-long stockings, and proper high heel shoes. Students with unqualified dress will not permit to enter the site.
The tassels of the cap have to be placed on the right side while taking photos.

l Please follow the instructions to enter and exit the site;
l Please pay attention to the broadcast. Arrangement will be subject to the broadcast onsite. If you miss the arrangement, we will not provide make-up photo.
l Please keep your property well. Students can put their belongings at the waiting area. Graduation Committee is not responsible for any loss or damage;
l Please do NOT stay in the hall if you have finished photo-taking. Thank you for your cooperation.

4: Arrangement of picking up graduation gown (for those who didn’t collect them on time)

All overdue graduation gowns will be collected at N2 counter on March 10, the day of the photo taking. Please get your gown with receipt and your student ID.

5: Special Notice

Students will be strictly forbidden to enter the university hall in any of the following conditions
a. Students who have not paid for photo-taking;
b. Students who have not bought or rented graduation gowns or dressing unqualified graduation gowns;
c. To maintain the order of the site, family members or friends of graduates should wait outside.
