Dear colleagues and students,

Under the pandemic of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia, we have been encountering many challenges in our living, work and study. Yet, the Macao government is fighting the pandemic with all of us. Office of Health, Safety and Environmental Affairs is organizing the pandemic experience sharing session during the Healthy University Week 2020, and the Macao International Medical Emergency Team is invited. They will share their experiences, challenges and opportunities in this difficult year. All staff and students are welcome. Details as below:

Introduction of the team:
The Macao International Medical Emergency Team successfully passed the evaluation and certification of the World Health Organization, becoming the 5th Chinese international emergency medical team, and the 25th team in the world to be recognized by WHO as having the capability to support emergency and rescue missions at an international level. During the pandemic, the team has assisted Macao residents to return Macao from Wuhan, Hubei Province, and has taken part in China's national effort to assist the country of Algeria to fight against the pandemic.

Notes:
(1) Light lunch will be provided to participants.
(2) Students who attend the sharing session will be given 10 CS in the "Citizenshop with Global Perspectives" area of the Whole Person Development Award Programme and 0.5 Smart Point. Health & Environmental Protection Ambassadors 2020-2021 will also be given 2 HEP FUN.
