Greetings from HC Tutor Programme Committee 2020!
Honours College (HC) students have initiated the "Honours College Tutor Programme" since September 2011. The programme aims to provide study assistance to UM students by providing one-on-one classes. All tutors are the current HC senior students with outstanding academic results and possess positive learning attitudes. Tutoring classes can be instructed in both English and Chinese. The classes are process-oriented, learner-centered, and require active involvement from each student.
Tutors will focus on the below areas:
- Study strategies (E.g. Time management)
- Specific course content
- Tests/Exams preparation
The tutoring classes will be offered by appointment. Each class last for around an hour. Interested students please make your appointment at the below link.

A confirmation email will be sent to you after you have signed-up successfully. We encourage students in need of academic support to sign up a week before the preferred class time. The appointment will be opened from Monday to Saturday.
