Dear Students：
The 2020 Student Personalized “Macau Pass” is now open for new application!
New Application:
Venue for taking and submission of application forms:
- Students who live on campus can get the application forms from and submit the required document to their respective RC or PGH.
- Students who are not living on campus can get the application forms from and submit the required document to the Student Affairs Office (E31-2018).
Required Document:
1) COPY of Identification Document: Macau, Hong Kong, Mainland China ID card or Passport (for students from Taiwan or other foreign countries).
2) COPY of Student Card
3) Photo: 1.5 inches recent color photo (within 3 months) with white background and no hat (Stick on the application form)
4) Fee： The initial application fee MOP50 is fully sponsored by the Macau SAR
5) Age： Suggest to apply it when students are 18 years old or above. For applicant under the age of 18, the guardian is required to collect the card. Applicants will also need to pay MOP50.00 to change the card when students are 18 years old.
Notes for filling in the application form:
1) Student No.: Just input Alphabetic characters or numbers, do not input Punctuation mark (such as "-", "/", etc.).
2) Expired Date：Input the valid date shown on the official student ID.
3) Address：Dormitory address or current address (Macau, Hong Kong and China addresses are acceptable)
4) Mobile No.：Please leave your Macau phone number (Please leave your mainland China mobile number if you don’t have a Macau number.)
Note: If the form is not filled properly or in lack of documents, it may end up in failed application. If you are holding or ever held a Student Personalized Macau Pass and it is not cancelled, please apply at the Macau Pass Customer Service Center.
Date for Card Collection：(Depend on the application submission date)
- From 17/9/2020 (form handed in by 4th Sep)
- From 30/9/2020 (form handed in by 18th Sep)
Card Collection Venue：
- For students living on campus, please collect the card at your respective RC or PGH.
- For students who are not living on campus, please collect the card at the Student Affairs Office (E31-2018).
（Note: If students fail to collect the card on campus before 31 Dec, you will need to collect it at the World Trade Center Customer Service Center）
Required document for card collection：
1) Original ID document and receipt
2) If you would like to authorize someone to collect the card, please fill in the information on the receipts and present the ID documents of both parties.
Renewal:
- For students who are holding the Student Personalized Macau Pass card, you can renew the card via MPay APP.
- Procedure for card renewal via MPay APP:
Download "MPay"APP. Register and login->Tap "Macau Pass Card"->"Personalized Macau Pass"->"Student Personalized Macau Pass".
Furthermore, Macau Pass will also setup booth on campus to assist students with card renewal on 22-23 Oct. Details will be announced later.
