Resulting in the ability for the universities to exchange debate skills through video conferencing despite being separated in two locations.

The motion of the debate was "Hong Kong and Macao's anti-epidemic relief through cash sharing has more advantages than disadvantages". As the opposition, University of Macau sent the main debater Ng Chi Kuan, a third year student from Faculty of Education and Ma Man Kei and Lo Pak Sam College; first debater Lam Weng Man, a third year student from Faculty of Business Administration and Henry Fok Pearl Jubilee College; second debater S, a fourth year student from Faculty of Health Sciences and Lui Che Woo College; and whip Mak Chi Chon, a second year student from Faculty of Law and Choi Kai Yau College.
