Macao Athletes
- Athletes must submit photocopies of Macao SAR Resident ID Card and the health declaration signed by a Macau registered doctor
- All athletes who are under 18 shall also provide their parents’/ guardians’ declaration with signature in entry form and their parents’/ guardians’ ID copy. |
Non- Macao Athletes
- Athletes must submit the ID copy of his/her belonging country/ region and the health declaration signed by a Macau registered doctor
- All athletes who are under 18 shall also provide their parents’/ guardians’ declaration with signature in entry form and their parents’/ guardians’ ID copy. |
