UM holds seminar to discuss transport infrastructure for smart city development
The University of Macau (UM) Centre for Macau Studies (CMS) today (23 September) held a seminar to discuss Macao’s transport infrastructure for smart city development as part of the city’s draft urban development master plan for the 2020-2040 period. The seminar was chaired by CMS Director Agnes Lam. A number of experts attended the event and they all agreed that in developing Macao into a smart city, more consideration is needed for such areas as transport, infrastructure, and renewable energy.
