Macao Cultural Fest

Student Affairs Office is going to hold the first Macao Cultural Fest on 19 August, 2019 (Monday) and it will be one of the highlight event of "The Way to UM New Student Orientation Programme", aiming to promote Chinese and Macao local culture to International Students. Chinese traditional performances and interactive activities are prepared for participants to enjoy and experience in the memorable evening.
Macao Culture Fest is the perfect stage for you to know more about Chinese and Macao culture, list activities including martial arts, dragon dance, tea art, food tasting, move and dance, etc …

To experience different cultures, food must always be the FIRST choice. This time, you will have the chance to try some of the Macao most popular food- Portuguese Egg Tart, Bacalhau, Fish Ball in Curry sauce etc...
IF YOU LOVE CULTURAL EXPEREINCE…
…then you might like the “Ancient Chinese Costumes Experience” Booth
 
One of the most interesting booths in the Fest will be the "Ancient Chinese Costumes Experience". We will provide you traditional clothing to try on and "back to Ancient China" in just a few minutes of time. You must have lots of fun during this experience - for sure!
IF YOU ARE AN ART ENTHUSIAST…
…then you might like the “Beijing Opera Mask DIY Workshop” and “Printmaking Workshop” Booths
