Notice on Graduation Photo Delivering for Post-graduate
Dear students:
All the customized photos for 2018-2019 Postgraduates have printed and were delivered to Postgraduate Association Office (S3-G017). Students who have bought the photos, please bring your student card and the payment receipt to get the photos on 18-19, May, 2019 (Office hour: 11:00-18:30) at S3-G017.
Please carefully review the following matters needing attention:
1. Please make sure to take student card and the payment receipt to get the photos.
2. A set of graduation photo for Ph.D. graduates is composed of two photos (1 photo of Ph.D. and 1 group photo).After the negotiation between Graduation Committee and the Photography Company, each Ph.D graduate who has purchased the set of graduation photo will be refunded 30 patacas. They can receive the aforementioned refund when they come to get the photo.
3. You can authorize representative for collecting the photo, the trustee should bring the authorization (the sample is attached), payment receipt and a copy of student ID to get the photos.
4. Graduates who have not received the graduation photo last year can bring either one of the following identification certificates (student card, identification card, Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao, graduation certificate) and the payment receipt to come to take the photos. Take notice that graduation photos of last year will NOT be kept after 19, May, 2019 anymore.

Please get the photos in time, and there is no second round delivering.
