Henry Fok Pearl Jubilee College successfully held the first High Table Dinner
Henry Fok Pearl Jubilee College has held the first High Table Dinner on 29 August, 2019, and attracted more than two hundred students. Honorable guests included Prof. So Kee Long Billy, Vice Rector (Student Affairs) of UM, college fellows and affiliates to the Dinner.
Prof. So, in his opening remark, said that RCs are the important component of "4-in-1" educational model, encourage students to treasure the time in the college.
In his welcoming remark, Prof. Mok, the College Master, said that RCs are the only ones that have large population of such diverse background, and live together in a cose-knit community. College also provides the right conditions to help students to develop, grow and express their talents. And welcome all fresh "Laranja".
This Dinner aims to welcome the new semester and freshmen, it was the first time for freshmen to attend a High Table Dinner at HFPJC, many students stayed behind to take pictures of each other as their mementos. During the dinner, there was also piano performance by one of the the College member, Mr. Lao Weng Chak. |
